Your Fine Art Print will be printed specifically to order, according to the size you have requested
and the dimensions of the original painting. We aim to deliver within 7 to 10 days of receipt of an
order. If there is a delay, for whatever reason, we will notify you immediately.
We deliver to Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,
the Channel Islands and the UK.
We deliver to: The USA and Canada
We deliver to the Rest of the World: Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brazil,
Canary Islands Chile, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, Kuwait,
Liechtenstein, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore,
South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.
For deliveries within the UK we use 1st Class Royal Mail. Our UK delivery times are quicker than
many other art websites because we are UK based.
Postage and packing A4 (210mm x 297mm) size prints £2.00
If required we can send your order by courier for next day delivery, for an extra £5.00. This is only
available to UK locations and excludes off-shore locations.
Please contact us for European and Worldwide postage prices.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within
7 days for a full refund. Please contact us first before returning the item. Once we have received
it, we will organise a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 7 days after placing your order. If you wish
to cancel your order after receipt you must contact customer services on 0844 586 7661.

Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost.
If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged, and we will be happy
to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned item.
